Note: An order is considered accepted once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
All payments will be effected in Serbian currency – dinar (RSD). The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Serbian dinar according to the current exchange rate of the Serbian National Bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
Delivery is carried out by courier service within the Republic of Serbia, with a delivery time of 1-3 business days from order confirmation. Delivery costs will be displayed at checkout.
We will make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, but we are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If products are damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately.
In accordance with Serbian Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party indicated by you) receive the goods.
How to withdraw: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by email to office@lacasanysa.rs
Costs: You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
Refund: We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs if you chose a delivery method other than standard), within 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods.

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• We will inspect returned products. If they do not meet return conditions, we may reject the return.
• Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
In the case of returning goods and refunding a customer who previously paid with a payment card, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, La Casa Nysa is obligated to process the refund exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, Maestro, Amex and Dina payment methods, which means the bank will, at the seller's request, refund the funds to the cardholder's account.
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as required by Serbian law. Defective products can be returned for repair, replacement, or refund according to warranty terms.
To make a warranty claim, contact us with your order details and description of the defect.

Data security during purchase is guaranteed by the payment card processor, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, and thus the entire payment process takes place on the bank's pages. At no point is payment card data accessible to our system.
